- Accurately complete and interpret documentation, including forms, correspondence, and operational records.

- Conduct safety briefings and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between ground control, flight crews, and ramp agents to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide timely resolutions to challenges such as equipment failures, flight delays, or customer concerns.
- Coordinate emergency responses for incidents like medical events or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform additional duties as required to support seamless airport operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and flight crews.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Independent decision-making skills when working alone.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Commitment to regular, punctual attendance.
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Compliance with airport security regulations and ability to pass background checks.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in aviation.
- Experience in aviation or ground handling operations.
- Familiarity with aircraft types and airport layouts.
- Knowledge of airport safety regulations and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities for assisting diverse teams and customers.
- Capability to work collaboratively with all levels of management.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry baggage or cargo up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the airport terminal or warehouse
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and climb stairs as needed to assist passengers and handle luggage
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Manual dexterity required for handling documents, operating computers, and using two-way radios
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more during shifts)
- Clear vision and hearing required for monitoring flight information, responding to passengers, and ensuring safety compliance
- Capacity to work in confined spaces, such as baggage handling areas or aircraft cabins
