AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Team Lead Digital Strategy, Transformation and Innovation (f/m/d).

In this role, you will lead AOP Healths digital transformation efforts, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact digital strategies and solutions. Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders across various functions, you will ensure that strategic digital initiatives drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable value while meeting regulatory and industry-specific requirements.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
  • Lead a team responsible for engaging with business units, identifying needs, and translating them into high-impactful digital initiatives.
  • Develop and align digital strategies with organizational goals, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and data analytics to advance business processes.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-priority digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across R&D, commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation through the creation and implementation of frameworks and programs.
  • Co-lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, driving continuous improvement.
  • rovide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure alignment with industry regulations and organizational objectives.
  • Represent the organization in external partnerships with innovation hubs, technology providers, and industry thought leaders.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees in pharmaceutical sciences or healthcare preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or a related senior leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, ideally but not necessary including regulatory landscapes and GxP practices and clinical development processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Expertise in managing large-scale cultural and operational changes with measurable results
  • Certifications in change management and project management are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Strategic and analytical, with an open and innovating mindset
