As a Customer & Supply Chain Specialist at Roche Pharma you will have a high level of accountabilities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of order management tasks to our end customer.

We are currently looking for a part-time support for 6-12 months covering an exciting supply chain project and daily order management activities as part of our Supply Chain Team.

What to expect:

• Prioritizing and co-creating solutions to individual customer needs and central Roche targets

• Supporting various responsibilities as a Customer Service specilists in the new set up of the Supply Chain Operating Model (order consolidation, cost to serve)

• Help managing change in the Austrian organization and contribute to creating good partnership with stakeholders

• Contributing to insight gathering, data collection and analysis, while also helping to implement and measure benefits of solutions deployed on cross functional teams

Who you are:

• Fluent in English and German

• Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a must

• Analytical thinking and Can do attitude

• General interest in supply chain management

• Willingness to learn and stay flexible

• Availability for 20 - 30 hours per week and between the hours of 09:00 - 15:00

You can expect an annual salary from € 42,000 gross (on a full-time basis), as well as attractive benefits.
