  • Respond to our user‘s requests in a helpful and empathetic manner, monitor the inquiries and issues
  • Engage with followers and fans on Artivive‘s social media channels, fostering a positive community
  • Assist our Social Media Manager with creating, posting, and scheduling posts on Artivive‘s social media channels
  • Analyze trends on the market and monitor the competitors
  • Collect and analyze feedback (by conducting interviews with community members and clients)
  • Assist in the creation and execution of automated email campaigns
  • Monitor relevant digital trends and alert the team of the possible opportunities
Requirements Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to to adapt your style to Artivives tone of voice and brand identity
  • Good community moderation skills and comfort in front of camera
  • A client first attitude and enjoy engaging with customers
  • Well organized, good team player and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for AR and the art world
  • Experience with Active Campaign (or similar customer experience automation software) is a plus
