Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• Support and Lead projects in the area of corporate Quality and Compliance department
• Preparation of project plan, monitor and report project progress, identify issues and suggest corrective actions
• Preparation and communication of project status reports, project meeting agendas, notes, presentations and project documentation
• Responsibility to prepare, distribute, maintain and continuously improve corporate quality unit reports and KPIs
• Provide first level knowledge support for our reports and manage user access requests as well as tight interaction with the data analyst for technical support
• Prepare, maintain and continuously improve procedures (e.g. SOP, POL) within our electronic document management system

Your profile that will convince us:

• University degree (PhD, MSc or equivalent) in chemistry/biosciences
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnological company is a plus
• Project management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work and interface with internal and external stakeholders
• Structured and solution-oriented personality with sound communication abilities
• Ability to effectively handle a variety of assignments simultaneously

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay salaries higher than collectively agreed.
