You will be part of the Group Data and Reporting Governance team, which is a Department located within the Group Data Management area at Erste Group. Based on your experience and professional background we can offer an Expert and a Specialist position.

• Drive the implementation of a group-wide AI Governance including policy, processes and control mechanism
• Execute control and oversight responsibilities in line with a 2nd line of defense function
• Establish standards in order to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements related to AI
• Ensure that usage of AI is in line with EG risk profile, compliant and ethically responsible
• Drive the alignment of all relevant roles and responsibilities with all relevant business units across the Group
• Ongoing communication with stakeholders (Group and local level)

• University degree in computer science, law, data science, ethics, or a related field
• At least 5 years related working experience (e.g. data governance, technology, law, compliance, risk management,..)
• Experienced in working on interdisciplinary projects, particularly at the intersection of technology and regulation
• Team player with excellent communication skills, customer orientation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to easily explain complex topics
• Willingness to pro-actively gather and share knowledge as well as to take on tasks individually
• Responsible attitude with the ambition to grow and learn
• Excellent English skills, German or any CEE language are an advantage

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 52.718,
