Deine Aufgaben

• Contract Management: Manage contractual relationships for new and established contract manufacturing business, including negotiating supply agreements, life cycle amendments, and commercial aspects like price adjustments or tier reconciliations.
• Commercial Oversight: Oversee all commercial aspects of assigned customer accounts at manufacturing sites within a matrix organization.
• Customer Solutions: Develop viable solutions for customer needs concerning product specifications, considering technical, regulatory, and quality aspects.
• Business Review: Organize regular business review meetings with plant management, covering supply performance, quality metrics, and lifecycle activities.
• Budget Support: Support the preparation of the annual budget process and quarterly reviews, providing financial KPIs and business updates for assigned accounts.
• External Representation: Participate in conferences to represent the Contract Manufacturing organization and meet with existing customers.

Dein Profil

• Education: University degree (or similar) in Natural Sciences, with a postgraduate degree in science and International Management preferred.
• Professional Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, with a focus on commercial and technical aspects.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven experience handling complex negotiations, balancing interests, and resolving conflicts to achieve successful outcomes.
• Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of regulations, challenges, and best practices in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Traits: Hands-on executive mindset, ready to drive a multi-million EUR pharmaceutical business on a global scale.

Your starting salary will be at least EUR 90,000 gross per year, with the potential for market-competitive overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
