Your Responsibilities:

  • Office support of project managers executed by our US entity
  • Ensure timely implementation of project changes and cost planning measures in the system
  • Translate the extended scope of supply to our system and ensure smooth process execution from request to order till item receiving
  • Attend team meetings of subsidiary project management and ensure alignment on information requirements in the Head Quarter in Jenbach
  • Support the US project managers during customer visits in our Head Quarter in Jenbach
  • Support cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sourcing

Your Profile:

  • Degree of Higher Technical College (e.g., HTL) or commercial/technical Apprenticeship with first working experience, ideally in a relevant industry
  • Very good communication skills, team player and strong reliability
  • Strong customer focus paired with the ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others in the US time zones
  • Excellent in English, ideally fluent in German

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.329,62 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
