As a Digital Engineering Manager AT-PAC you belong to the Application Engieering Team. In this key role you will be resposnisble to define & develop a industry leading state of the Art Engineering toolset for Scaffolding Design fullfilling BIM standards and leverage efficiency in design. You will drive the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

The responsibilities are:

• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of the current software landscape and requirements for scaffolding design across various regions.
• Develop and define a comprehensive global software strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assess and estimate costs, resource efforts, and implementation steps required for project execution.
• Create detailed use cases, as well as functional and software requirements, to guide development processes.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage project requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Plan and organize acceptance testing, ensuring the concept maturity and readiness for deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overarching business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions tailored to the needs of the Application Engineering department.
• Design and implement efficient processes and comprehensive training programs to support organizational growth.
• Lead the rollout of software solutions across the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance software development processes and strategies.

• Demonstrated expertise in scaffolding design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering software and tools, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Project management skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to complex challenges.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
• Flexibility and willingness for global travel as required to support project and business needs.
