• Sound technical education (HTL, TU, FH)
• Several years of professional experience in quality management and/or customer support in the field of automation or capital goods in an international environment
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
• Open-minded personality with a high degree of organizational and team skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation
• Problems solving methods (8D-problem solving process, Lean expertise)
• Clear communication in English and German
