Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Passion for the world of recruiting
  • Ideally, some prior internship or work experience in recruiting
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with German as a plus
  • Familiarity with G-Suite tools, and if youve used an ATS system before, thats a bonus!
  • Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: The monthly gross salary for an internship is € 2,038 on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend.
