The Internal Quality Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials meet the established quality standards and comply with all internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and quality control procedures, specifically within the raw materials or manufacturing industry.
- Perform regular internal audits of raw materials, production processes, and associated quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Internal Quality Audit
- Conduct audit of all processes
- Discuss audit result to concerned unit;
- Maintain records of all audit activities and results;
- Provide analysis of audit results as input for improvements;
- Issue, collect and validate corrective/preventive actions as result of audit findings.
- Conduct time and motion studies as per request or as per need to align output due to changes in process;
- Discuss approved time and motion study to affected area/personnel prior to implementation;
- Look for improvements in conduct of studies to further process efficiency;
- Maintain records of all time and motion studies;
- Provide analysis of time and motion study results for further improvements.
- Improvements
- Conduct daily inspection of areas for assessment of potential improvements or prevention of possible problems that may occur;
- Discuss with concerned head/s findings or observations for immediate implementation;
- Submit daily reports on observations made;
- Maintain records of all reports as input for further improvements in the operations;
- Inspection must cover, but not limited to the following:
