Job Summary:
The position is responsible for managing clerical and administrative activities during the purchasing process of supplies and other requested equipment of all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles suppliers accreditations
- Arrange to acquire quotations from suppliers
- Creation and evaluation of purchase order
- Processing of payments
- Manages repair of printers and other office equipment
- Submit monthly consumption/expense of office supplies to Accounting
- Processes Request of promotion items/giveaways
- Coordinates on securing Insurance coverage for all FPG properties
Requirements:
· Graduate of Bachelors degree in Operations Management or any Business Administration related course
· At least 6 months relevant work experience such as Admin assistant or any Purchasing related tasks
· Computer literate
· Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
