Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Accounts and possess in-depth knowledge of GST regulations, Taxation, and E-Way Bill generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accurate invoices, bills, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST filing and other taxation norms.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for transportation of goods.
- Verify and reconcile billing data with accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Handle accounts-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth billing and accounts operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proven experience in billing/accounting roles especially in manufacturing companies
- Thorough understanding of GST, Taxation, and E-Way Bill processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Expect the Experience candidates with minimum 5 years and above
- The candidates must have experience in Billing with Accounts background
- GST, Tax, Eway bill Knowledge must mandatory
