What You’ll Do

Lead day‑to‑day operations with excellence and efficiency.
Partner with clinical leaders to uphold the highest care standards.
Drive financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Foster a positive, people‑Erste culture through training and succession planning.
Optimize occupancy, staffing rosters, and resident satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
Strong operational management and business acumen.
Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
