As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll take ownership of the entire recruitment process - from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Youll collaborate closely with our internal teams to identify and attract top IT talent, using your technical expertise to assess skills and match candidates with the right roles. Your work will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization by ensuring we bring in the best talent to meet our ever-evolving needs.

According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 2,473 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
• Collaborate with departments to create job profiles and conduct interviews.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and efficiently coordinate the selection process.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build a talent pool for future needs.
• Support employer branding activities.

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and manage the entire process.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in current IT trends and market developments.
