About the Role Join Takeda as a Process Owner for the Central Warehouse in Vienna, where youll play a vital role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and continuously improving warehouse and dispatch processes.

How You Will Contribute:

• Maintain and update process guidelines (e.g., SOPs, MBRs, forms) to ensure compliance with regulations in the Warehouse and Dispatch department.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to GMP, quality, and EHS requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize results.
• Continuously improve and adjust process descriptions to align with current regulations (e.g., GxP, EHS) in partnership with clients and other departments.
• Provide expert opinions and approvals for plans and reports.
• Represent the site and processes during inspections, audits, and visitor tours.
• Conduct Gemba Walks to supervise and enhance processes through continuous improvement.
• Lead or represent the unit in projects and cross-functional meetings.
• Support the JDE/SAP/Warehouse Manager, drive operational efficiency, and participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to Takeda:

• Strong ability to work autonomously with assertiveness, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational talent and problem-solving skills.
• High level of safety awareness and quality consciousness.
• Distinct social and team-oriented skills with strong collaboration capabilities.
• Technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office, as well as fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing, with high-level GMP knowledge.
• Academic education (preferably in technical, economic, or logistics fields) and several years of relevant professional experience.

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.157,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
