Join our dynamic communications team as a Communications Expert to support marketing channels and initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will craft compelling content, own the company blog and landing pages, develop engaging promotional materials, and ensure seamless alignment between communications and marketing teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for storytelling, we want to hear from you. • Content Creation: Write and edit promotional materials for various media, including websites, trade media, social media, and other channels. Oversee the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature in both printed and electronic formats to support sales activities. • Online Communication: Develop and implement an editorial plan for the blog that is aligned with publications on other communication channels, maintain and update the blog with relevant and engaging content to support marketing initiatives. Create and manage landing pages for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversion. • Quality Assurance & Improvement: Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines, company communications policies, and overarching messaging. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of communication efforts and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials. • Marketing Support & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the email marketing and social media specialists to develop and manage content for campaigns, collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to gather information and ensure alignment in messaging.

• Bachelors or masters degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in a communications role within an international company, preferably in the technology sector. Agency experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills both in German and English with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, targeted messages and adapt them to different touchpoints.
• Understanding of user-centered design and how to optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Experience in optimizing online content for e.g. search engines (SEO) and the ability to further develop content based on performance data.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content for various channels and sales materials.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
