Team Leader Central Controlling & Reporting

In this role located in Eggelsberg, Austria you will be responsible for leading the reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget and forecasts in order to support key business partners and other stakeholders at various senior levels in decision making processes and drive business goals in RAMA Division globally. You will work very closely with the RAMA management team as well as the global RA Business Area FP&A team. • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the RAMA Division on monthly, annual, and long-term perspectives; ensure alignment with Business Area FP&A and ABB Global FP&A teams. • Provide commercial insights, analyze results, identify trends, and challenge business performance; take ownership of performance management by identifying and reporting KPIs aligned with company strategy to drive positive actions. • Produce accurate, timely management reports for various target groups (e.g., RAMA Management, Sales); support strategic planning and initiatives through financial modeling and analysis. • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and operations teams to address financial issues, provide financial training, and ensure integrity of financial data for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor´s Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant job experience
• Minimum of 8 year of experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP is a must
• Very strong analytical skills and attention to details is a prerequisite
• Proven ability to effectively work under pressure, within tight deadlines and a high degree of flexibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an asset especially German.
• Interest in a collaborative teamwork environment.
