For more information, visit BOAFIT.COM Overview of Role: Reporting to the Regional Design Manager - EMEA, you will be a member of the global Partner Product Innovation & Development (PPID) team and you will execute our BOA and Brand Partner 2D footwear design requests. You will work directly with PPID and across various BOA teams to create technical, inspirational, and advanced concept renderings that merge performance configurations and fit innovation with current footwear trends. In doing so, you will help tell our story of innovation and performance fit through sketches, trend and consumer needs analysis, and concept ideation. Core Responsibilities:

• Regularly role model BOAs values to your team and others
• Create inspirational 2D footwear images that convey a concept story for PPID, Commercial, Marketing and Product Development teams, and that connect with current footwear design trends
• Create new and innovative concepts, components, patterns, processes, and fit-enhancing solutions that help us meet long-term category needs and plans
• Support documentation and internal needs with technically accurate images and diagrams
• Develop knowledge of our products, including components, appropriate configurations and installation to support new Product Development and Customer Product Development
• Evolve our current configurations to maximize our options and align with our consumer fit story
• Collaborate with 3D prototyping team on cohesive brand partner deliverables and advanced concept explorations
• Regularly seek out inspiration by researching new technologies, products and trends in the industry and in the market
• Contribute to ideation concept sessions
• Contribute to consumer performance and fit assessments

Required Qualifications:

• Design degree (we are open to any type of degree, i.e. Associates, Bachelors, etc.)
• Demonstrated passion and interest for footwear trends and design, ideally highlighted in your portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Advanced sketch visualization skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and project timelines
• A passion for problem solving, continuously learning, and seeking out new ideas

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in footwear, product, or industrial design
• Experience in manufacturing

However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills.
