Your mission

Our mission as a company is to help culinary professionals worldwide unleash their potential. For this to happen, we also need our internal financial processes to run smoothly. Up until now, Tobias, one of our founders, has taken care of this. Now he is looking for someone to support him in all financial activities.

Your responsibilities
  • Pre-accounting: Sort and categorize receipts for our accounting system
  • Pre-reporting: Gather & analyze data for financial reporting
  • Update financial plans & models with actuals
  • Improve our financial processes & automate tasks

Your profile
  • Reliability - Needs to be 100% reliable to get tasks done in time.
  • Attention to detail - Pay attention to details and rarely makes any small mistakes
  • Written Communication — Writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative.
  • Open to get help - Asks questions in case somethings is new or unclear.
  • Tech savvy - Able to use modern support & communication tools.
  • Language - You can work in German and English

Location: Preferably Innsbruck, but can also be remote in Austria

  • ️ Working hours: 8-9 hrs a week

Salary: € 500

Other benefits: Flexible working hours and two team offsites a year
