Jacks Point Restaurant is looking for a passionate CDP wanting to cook great food within one of new Zealands most idyllic locations.

Back dropped by the Remarkables Mountain Range, Jacks Point is a truly authentic and unique destination from which to experience Queenstowns stunning scenery. Jacks Point Clubhouse and Restaurant is situated on the edge of Lake Tewa, surrounded by Jacks Point championship golf course which is billed as one of the worlds most spectacular golf courses.

The restaurants focus is on providing our customers with seasonally inspired food & beverage menus 7 days a week.

There are a few key things we are looking for :

  • Experience in a similar type of role
  • A chefs qualification (although experience may substitute)
  • Willingness to work hard and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
  • The skill to be able to run a section confidently
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen environment and interacting with guests
  • An interest in NZ cuisine
  • NZ citizenship/residency or a valid work permit
