Einleitung

Sie haben Erfahrung als A-Monteur oder Obermonteur im TGA bzw. HKLS Bereich? Sie sind Monteur und möchten sich im Bereich Führung auf der Baustelle weiterentwickeln? Dann begleiten wir Sie auf Ihrem nächsten Karriereschritt!

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Steuerung, Koordinierung und Überwachung des Montagefortschritts
  • Führen des Bautagebuches
  • Führung des Montagepersonals, der Nachunternehmer
  • Durchführung, Einhaltung und Kontrolle aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
  • Meldung von Verzögerungen und Störungen im Bauablauf an Projektleiter
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene Lehre in der Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, Meister, Kältetechniker, Servicetechniker oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung als A-Monteur oder Obermonteur
  • Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
  • idealerweise gewerkeübergreifendes Fachwissen
